Her career spans Hospital Tunku Jaafar, Hospital Kluang, and Hospital Sungai Siput, where she contributed to infection control, operational standards, patient safety systems, and structured ward governance.

Her practice background includes direct involvement in perioperative nursing workflows, communicable disease control, quality auditing, and multidisciplinary care coordination. She is recognised for balancing operational discipline with compassionate clinical practice, especially in high-accountability environments that require consistency, escalation readiness, and reliable decision-making.

During her leadership appointments, she carried ISO and internal auditing responsibilities and served as an MSQH Internal Auditor, while coordinating service quality and process integrity at ward level. She also contributed to institutional planning work, including operating theatre workflow discussions, staffing coordination, and practical service-improvement initiatives during system pressure periods.
